I am always thanking God for everything he does for me and my family, however, I remembered one day last year in my small group that a
discussion started on people thanking God for simple things like, a good parking spot, or a sale on something they REALLY wanted. This leads me to the burning question....can you ever thank God TOO much? Is that even possible, and if not then who/what is responsible for the good parking spot? Something to think about, can't wait to hear some responses!

i am lately so humbled and amazed at how blessed I truely am. I am so thankful too that God choose me to love and serve him. when i am in the center of God's will how can you not be thankful that he has your best interest in mind in all that he does in your life. never can out thank or out give God. Great blog! I am one of those who is always thanking the Lord...even when Blake eats all his food, or Jason gets home early from work....my heart is a heart of gratefulness adn gratitude towards the Lord.
I thank God all the time with my words, but I am reading this book called the "Love Languages of God" and it talks about how God loves to be loved in all the languages..through our speech, through our actions, through our gifts to him, through our time spent with him, and through the way we treat other people that He himself loves.
Those all say "Thank You", and I wish I could learn to use all my senses to express my gratitude.
i wish i had more ways to say thank you. I think about all those verses of the apostles that talk about standing and walking with Christ as they spoke to him about abundant thankfulness. What a great note
i thank God for EVERYTHING! miguel is actually the one who got me thinking about that. when he first started learning more about christianity i would always point out everything that God does for him (good and bad). and i started to realize that i hadn't even realized some of the things i should be thanking Him for. sometimes we gotta thank Him for the things we don't want that he gives us anyway. He knows best, after all.
